Performance Coaching provides practical, forward-focused support to help people cope, perform and function more effectively in demanding environments.

Rooted in sport psychology principles, this work supports mental fitness for sport, work, education and life.

It is suitable for adults and adult performers, including athletes at amateur and elite levels, as well as young people, and can be delivered one-to-one or in small groups.

What this is — and what it isn’t

Performance Coaching is not therapy and does not replace clinical mental health support.

It is:

  • forward-focused

  • skills-based

  • educational and applied

If therapeutic or clinical support is more appropriate, we will always encourage individuals to seek the right form of help.

Performance Coaching can support:

  • adult athletes (amateur, semi-professional and elite)

  • adults navigating pressure, performance demands or transitions

  • professionals working in high-stress or high-expectation environments

  • young athletes developing confidence, focus and resilience

  • teams seeking stronger identity, cohesion and shared purpose

  • organisations wanting healthier, more sustainable performance cultures

You do not need to be struggling to benefit from mental skills coaching.
This work is equally relevant for enhancement, development and maintenance.
